Second Hex-[Action]

[Today Draco's at the edge of town, dressed in his Hogwarts uniform minus the robes and probably the sweater/vest, which is sitting on the ground neatly folded up. He doesn't seem to be too bothered by the heat as he appears to be holding his wand and casting a few spells. He's testing what the powercap limits him to mostly. Considering the fact that apparently there are a lot of people with magical ability here, he doesn't feel the need to hide his powers since they're obviously superior. Feel free to come fourth-wall bother him]

[Rosalie's sitting under the shade, just...watching as the poor boy cast whatever magic he had at what looked like nothing.]

[Sup Rosalie, Draco vaguely sees something sparkling out of the corner of his eye but since it's not moving, he'll ignore it as he keeps throwing spell after spell at the barrier]

[Minato still has his arm in a sling and is still taking the loopy painkillers, so he's not at top shape. Still, the rest of him is mostly healed and his legs work, so he's out wandering town again. It's normal to see odd residents out and about, but one practicing magic is interesting.]

[Draco's not even taking Minato into consideration, and by the time Minato actually shows up, he's given up on blasting the barrier through or whatever he was trying to do and now he's just casting different spells for practice. He's fairly idle about it, and he almost looks relaxed now that he's doing it for "fun"]

[Consider yourself being watched, Draco. Well, vaguely, at least. Walter is watching how the movement of that wand and the general spellcasting ... stance, since mun fails and can't think of a better term.]

[Draco's too fixated on what he's doing to really register that he's being watched, so he'll continue casting non-verbal spells that bounce off the ground, mostly causing mini-explosions for now. Enjoying the show, Walter?]

[It's somewhat interesting. He doesn't make a habit of watching other residents, especially New Feathers, but this is a fairly different form of spellcasting to him. Walter muses over just how much the New Feather can do without that stick.]

[Watch away, Break, Draco's not even sure why he bothered coming out to the edge of town if people were just going to find him and watch. He'll continue with a few various spells as though he's testing just what the powercap will and won't allow him to do, but that's about it]
