[Today Draco's at the edge of town, dressed in his Hogwarts uniform minus the robes and probably the sweater/vest, which is sitting on the ground neatly folded up. He doesn't seem to be too bothered by the heat as he appears to be holding his wand and casting a few spells. He's testing what the powercap limits him to mostly. Considering the fact that apparently there are a lot of people with magical ability here, he doesn't feel the need to hide his powers since they're obviously superior. Feel free to come fourth-wall bother him]

This whole place; lake, forest, cute little cow town with funny little talking squirrels. All kinds of great and all, but not for me, and definitely not when I've got no way of getting out, y'know?
