[Today Draco's at the edge of town, dressed in his Hogwarts uniform minus the robes and probably the sweater/vest, which is sitting on the ground neatly folded up. He doesn't seem to be too bothered by the heat as he appears to be holding his wand and casting a few spells. He's testing what the powercap limits him to mostly. Considering the fact that apparently there are a lot of people with magical ability here, he doesn't feel the need to hide his powers since they're obviously superior. Feel free to come fourth-wall bother him]

It's in another dimension and entirely impossible to escape from unless you enter a contract with a Chain.

It depends on the Chain~♪ In short, one enters a contract, legally or otherwise, with a Chain and they can use the powers of that Chain. The ultimate effect of using the Chain's power depends on the legality of your contract.

Me? Oh, I don't see why one should have to hide much of anything. I'm quite honest. If I want to use you, for example, I'll tell you that. Although, perhaps I haven't told you that one who enters an illegal contract with a Chain will be devoured by that Chain once they reach the end of their contract. (At which point, Break draws a circle in the air with his finger.) Or that legal contracts are quite particular and only one organisation can permit legal contracts. Perhaps I haven't told you that legal contracts permit a person not to age and that the legality of my contract is entirely up in the air.

The right questions result in the right answers. You just need to ask them first.

(Try not to worry too much, Draco. Break's not interested in bluntly and honestly manipulating you. He's just finding this conversation quite amusing. At least the little doll on his shoulder hasn't decided to attempt to join in the conversation, yet. And try to be glad that there's nothing Break can start to balance on his head because I have no idea what that is all about.)

Oh, it's more that my contract was illegal and it became legal but that can't undo the damage that was done. But yes! I haven't aged due to my contract.
