Second Hex-[Action]
[Today Draco's at the edge of town, dressed in his Hogwarts uniform minus the robes and probably the sweater/vest, which is sitting on the ground neatly folded up. He doesn't seem to be too bothered by the heat as he appears to be holding his wand and casting a few spells. He's testing what the powercap limits him to mostly. Considering the fact that apparently there are a lot of people with magical ability here, he doesn't feel the need to hide his powers since they're obviously superior. Feel free to come fourth-wall bother him]

If you're affected by an experiment, just about anything can happen. Spontaneously fall in love. Say the first thing that comes to mind. Turn into children or animals or-- whatever. Without means to return to normal whenever you want.

[He waves a hand vaguely as he gives an example.] You can't exactly 'resist' being turned into a bird or an otter.

It happens. Most last a week or so, so the time passes ... fairly quickly. [Yeah right.]

Yep and because of when I brought him in and pulled him from he's stuck being 16 for another year.Draco pauses for a moment then, almost as if deciding if he can take the other seriously. There's a bit of a snort then before he answers.] Time never passes quickly when forced into something you don't want.[action]
[His eyes flick around the clearing. It's not as if he's nervous talking about the incident, or as if the whole thing was something to be secretive about. But it's not a pleasant memory.] The worst are those when you're only aware of what happened after the fact. When you aren't aware of yourself anymore.
[a pause] Like I said, you'll see soon enough.

The sooner you realize what can limit you, the sooner you adjust. [...Not that you ever really adjust with the experiments.] But you already know that. [A dismissive wave at the boy's wand.]

Some say that time either stops or slows in your world while you're here. But I don't know how these temporal paradoxes around here work.
