Thirty-Fourth Hex [Voice/Action]

[Draco Malfoy was starting to go a bit stir-crazy. After four straight days of snow, then cold, then more snow, and more cold, he had realized that staying in the confines of House 25 wasn't doing him any good. Hence today he's decided to head to the Battle Dome and test his programming skills. He's gotten pretty good at it, he likes to think.

When his journal clicks on, anyone viewing it will get a good glance of the front of a large manor.]

So...you really can recreate anything, can't you. [He's going to go ahead and walk down the path toward the front door of the house, and as he enters into the front hall he's going to continue talking to the village at large. This may just be a test to see if he can continue communication inside a simulation.]

How are the rest of you coping with the snow we've received over the last few days? I'd like a few back-up plans in case this doesn't serve to satisfy. At least when it was warm I could fly a bit, but this is starting to get ridiculous.

[And he's going to turn down the halls, wandering through the maze that is the manor with the ease of someone so familiar with the area. There are the sounds of other footsteps behind him, but if he hears them he doesn't seem to care.]

What's next, anyway? They've left us alone for a while...may as well start to prepare for something big to come. What are the chances they've grown bored with us? New Feathers. You might be the next targets. You ought to have a fair warning.

[His attention's drawn away from the journal then as the footsteps stop, and he finds himself facing a masked figure.] I was wondering when you'd turn up. [And he's withdrawing his wand, closing the journal. Though the picture's no longer available, the last thing heard is the sound of a spell firing off and ricocheting around the room.

[Though he'll stay in the chamber for the full allotted hour, he will be taking a break between enemies appearing and after his hour's up to answer anyone who's contacted him via journals. People are also free to find him in the main lobby of the Battle Dome as well after his simulation's over.]

Not enough, that much is apparent. What is it I am to expect? Dissection? Psychological torture? Another set of wings? Perhaps they will turn me into a cat, yes?

Honestly, you can't tell me you wouldn't die of shock if I really was optimistic instead of realistic. And thank you, it's mine. Place, I mean. It's home.

[And he knows Hisoka well enough that he feels comfortable talking to him when the Death Eaters disappear and he's alone in the Manor.]

[Grune watches the display in fascination for a little while, leaning in nice and close, before she speaks.]

[Blinking. And then realizing...of course, who else would make sure a vague statement? He seems to be alone now, so he'll take time to respond.]

We have been getting a lot of snow lately. Perhaps some fire magic could help get rid of a good portion of it. [ There's a hm from his end. ] Are those...places from your world?

Maybe I'll ask Granger to use her jar spell to get rid of the snow around our house, unless you've a better idea. You'd think I'd be used to it thanks to school in Scotland of all places, but no. It's getting disgusting.

[A response will come when he's done pushing off other Death Eaters, so Estelle will see more of the house in the background of the journal camera.]

The snow is alright, Fuuko doesn't mind as long as Fuuko doesn't have to walk through too much of it. [Hey. Wait a moment.] You can fly?! Fuuko was aware that you could teleport or whatever it is you do, but not that you could fly Draco-san.

Apparition, Fuuko. It's called Apparition. And of course I can fly, what sort of a wizard do you take me for?

[He's curious though.] What is it about the snow that you like the most then?

[Stuck in the house and Item Shop for freaking long enough, thanks. Rogue arrives at the Battle Dome more than ready for her workout. She may, in fact, bump into Draco when he's done with his sim (figuratively, most certainly not literally) or catch a glimpse of said sim when she runs up to the viewing area to make sure there's a room free.]

[And shortly after Rogue arrives to the Dome, Draco will be coming out of his chamber room since the simulation's ended. He blinks a bit, surprised to see someone else ventured the snow to come out here.]

While I suppose I should congratulate you for actually bothering to change the parameters of the environment, in the end you still seem to have done little of actual creative value.

[By the time she actually gets out there, he'll be coming out of his chamber to head back to the programming console. He almost looks surprised to see her there.]

[Seeing Draco in the Battle Dome is a bit of a surprise to Arumat. Sure, he knows the boy goes there sometimes, but it isn't often that he actually runs into the other there-- in part because he spends so much time in the simulations himself.

He'll raise an eyebrow when Draco comes out into the lobby, the corner of his mouth quirking up into a slight smirk.]
